Dog Collar Wine

My dog doesn’t like her collar…?
I put a collar on my puppy and she hates it. She won’t play or run when I take her outside. She just sits there. I am not giving in and taking it off, because then she will know she can get her way if she wines and cries. I have never seen a puppy act as crazy as she has with it on. I put it on her around 5 and for the last three hours she has done nothing but lay down.
HELP!!! What should I do?
It is just a nylon collar. I did have a smaller one on her… and she freaked out, I know it was not too tight, but I went to Petsmart today and got her a bigger one. So it is plenty big. I guess it will just take an adjustment.

Well my puppy will not even poop with her collar on.
I have been trying to get her to go use the bathroom for about 3 hours and she refuses.
my dog was the same way. I brought her a harness and she will walk on the leash. You can get one from walmart under $10.
