Adjustable Voltage Regulators?
Would these:

be suitable (when paralleled) for providing 19Volts; 4.75A when connected to two of these (in series, 12V; 12Ah):

From the datasheet, it seems they should be able to regulate the 24V to 19V; 4.75A between 4 of them (with some current capacity to spare).
Are there any caveats to wiring such voltage regulators in parallel, or would they work as I am expecting?
Chances are the 4.75A current won’t be drawn most of the time if at all – this is the upper limit stated on the plug (which I aim to emulate).
you can’t really put voltage regulators in parallel. One would hog all the current, the others would idle.
You can’t put them in series unless you have floating supplies to drive each one.
5 amps is high for any of these, you may want to use several discrete power transistors in parallel on a heat sink, driven by a regulator.
What is your unregulated voltage? 24 volts? is that worse case?
24-19 is 5 volts drop across the regulator. At 5 amps that is 25 watts, which requires a good sized heat sink.
you should investigate a switching regulator to avoid the high power dissipation and high power loss.
